0 89 Challenge - Terms and Conditions
1. Email must have:
a) Contestant’s full name, designation and name of organization along with complete contact details
b) A short write up of 100 words or less about why you think your teams deserve to take part in the 89 challenge
c) All the names of the team members from both the teams
d) Video and Picture will be recorded to be displayed on the CityFM89 Facebook page
e) It is assumed that the contestant has cleared all policies with his/her organization about videos/photos up on web and premises permissions regarding the activity to take place. CityFM89 bears no responsibility in any policy issues that may be of concern if its employees are posted on the web.

3. Each week CityFM89 will pick one entry which will consist of two teams (consisting of 4 people each) that will play the 89 Challenge at their office premises

4. Khalid Malik and the CityFM89 team will visit the competing teams at their office every Thursday between 1:00 to 2:00 pm

5. Once CityFM89 has picked the teams for the week, the contending teams will be informed a day in advance after which the contestant will make sure that both the teams are available for the activity

6. Contest entry is open to all Pakistani residents

7. Employees of Kohinoor Airwaves (PVT) Limited, CityFM89, ABSL and PHPL and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, web site providers or other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the on-air contests and any on-air giveaway activity and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible to participate in the same

8. Weekly, the nominated teams will be notified by phone/email. If there is no response from the contestant within 24 hours – another entry will be picked

9. To the extent allowed by law, all entrants release from and will indemnify CityFM89 against all loss, liability, cost or expense arising from acceptance of any prize or participation in the contest including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission otherwise
